Estimating
We use the latest in estimating computer software, including CostX and Bluebeam to ensure that the most accurate quantities are measured. Detail is added and refined as the design develops, from an initial Order of Cost Estimate, through to a Cost Plan, and even a Pre-Tender Estimate.
Database of Costs
Our breadth of expertise across services and markets helps us to gather a considerable and ever-growing database of market costs. This allows us to develop unique cost projections for each project’s complex challenges.
Design Development
We work closely with designers and consultants ranging from Architects and Engineers to Planners and Fire Assessors, ensuring all advice is integrated into Programme and Cost projections so that the Client can rest assured that their project is in safe hands.
Procurement
We discuss with the Client their aspirations of what they wish to achieve, review their priorities between Time, Cost & Quality, and assess their risk profile. From this we are able to make robust recommendations of the appropriate Procurement route to ensure the Client’s aspirations are met and their risk is minimised.
Tendering
Utilising thorough tendering processes, including Pre-Qualification Questionnaires, Competitive Tendering, Negotiated Tendering, Two-Stage Tendering, and preparation of a detailed Tender Report, we are able to assist the Client in the selection of the most suitable contractor to perform the works.
Contract Selection
There is no one size fits all approach with selection of the contract that will best protect our Client’s interests. With extensive experience in all standard forms of contracts, ranging from the JCT suite to the NEC, AIA and GC Works, our consultants have recommended, prepared, administered and advised upon over 400 contracts. We ensure our Clients are in safe hands.
Contract Administration

Programme & Cost Management
Keeping a close-eye on project performance, through analysis of GANTT charts, Cashflow Forecasts, and Financial Reporting, allow our clients to not need to be reactive to events, but pre-emptive, anticipating situations in advance and protecting themselves accordingly.
Construction Claims
Claims for Extensions of Time, Loss & Expense and Liquidated Damages can be complex, contentious and worrisome for Clients; our Consultants are experts in resolving these issues correctly and fairly, so that potential conflicts can be avoided.
