Introduction

This Privacy Policy sets out how Projekt QS (Group) Ltd uses and protects any identifiable information it collects. Projekt QS (Group) collects and uses information about individuals which includes clients, suppliers, consultants, employees, and any other people the company has a relationship with.

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on our site, instruct an order, subscribe to our newsletter, share your details on the phone or face to face, respond to a survey, request a call-back or when seeking employment opportunities. We may also collect personal data through other methods, including but not limited to business cards, business networking events and social media communications.

When enquiring or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on your site.

Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.

We use Pipedrive, a Customer Relationship Management System, to store the data relating to any enquiries whether that be online, over the phone or discussed directly with a colleague, information on the products and services requested, and information about you, your business and related projects e.g., names, phone numbers, job titles, email addresses and physical addresses. This information is also shared with other internal systems to manage projects; primarily Xero which is used for quoting and invoicing. What do we use your information for?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

  • To provide the services instructed by you
  • To recommend services that we believe will be of interest to you

  • To improve our website (we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you)

We use third party providers to deliver our company news, updates, and service information primarily through Pipedive. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to assist us in monitoring and improving our email updates. Do we use cookies?
