Demetrios Yianni

Demetrios is a passionate, adaptable Chartered Quantity Surveyor, who has advised both Public and Private clients and has a broad knowledge of various construction sectors.

Demetrios has consulted on high-end residential developments across the country; luxury retail and department stores in London’s West End; a state of the art industrial laundry facility; multiple landmark hotel projects domestically and internationally; a theme park; exhibitions in the Science Museum, National Maritime Museum and Warner Bros Studio; numerous schools & educational facilities; a NHS health centre; a tramway terminus; office fit-out in London’s banking district; and the renovation of a farm.

With dual qualifications in Law and Quantity Surveying, Demetrios
has a keen eye and deep understanding of the contractual relationship shared between parties and has experience with various types of the JCT standard form of contract, the GC Works suite and the AIA package.

As well as Quantity Surveyor, Demi has fulfilled the role of Project Manager, Contract Administrator and Employer’s Agent, and has dealt with Loss and Expense claims and Adjudication disputes.
